  • Provide best-in-class service to customers.
  • Perform in-depth troubleshooting for complex client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Reference and contribute to technical documentation.
  • Manage multiple open issues simultaneously.
  • Become a product expert to assist internal teams.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within B2B SaaS.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new solutions quickly.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to provide clear instructions verbally and in writing.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • Beginner to intermediate SQL knowledge.
  • Experience with ticketing platforms like Zendesk.
  • Experience troubleshooting API issues using Postman.

Benefits

  • Ability to read and understand Python code is a plus.
