  • Provide 2nd line support to customers.
  • Coordinate incoming service tasks and troubleshoot software issues.

  • Deliver detailed reports of interventions.

  • Be part of the 24/7 support team.
  • Occasional on-site visits (up to 30% of the time).

Requirements

  • Educated in ICT, Electro-mechanics, Automation or related fields.
  • Experience in software development (Java, JEE, C#, etc.).
  • Basic IT administration knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience in software lifecycle management.
  • Experience in Testing, Deployment, Server and Database installation.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving attitude.
  • Open to occasional out-of-hours work.
  • Knowledge of warehouse automation is a plus.
