In Short

• Serve as technical expert on implementations of Iodine Software solutions.
• Monitor and report on the progress of implementation projects.
• Synthesize and understand complex data sets from new clients.
• Configure, test, and deploy hosted customer implementations of our software.
• Assist in the deployment of upgrades of our software.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams.
• Partner with client experience team for alignment with long-term strategy.
• Lead technical customer calls and meetings.
• Identify dependencies and communicate with project team.
• Provide ongoing business and technical support to existing customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Implementation Experience of a SaaS product.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3 years of Healthcare industry experience.
• High emotional intelligence and relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong technical acumen.
• Strong SQL Skills.
• Experience with Healthcare Interoperability Standards (HL7, X12).
• SAML Experience.
• Strong Knowledge and Experience integrating with EHR systems.
