In Short

  • Build a sales office in one of the mentioned metropolitan regions with the chance to become the site manager as the business grows with a hybrid working model.
  • Proactively develop customer relationships: Independently manage existing customers and strategically build new customer relationships.
  • Establish Inwerk as a core supplier: Position Inwerk as the preferred supplier for office furniture and solutions.
  • Qualify and process customer inquiries: Ensure all incoming inquiries are handled promptly.
  • Develop product solutions: Collaborate closely with customers to create tailored solutions.
  • Implement complex office solutions: Coordinate with the internal project team and office planning experts.
  • Develop creative concepts: Work with the B2B marketing team to create innovative customer engagement strategies.
  • Business Development: Identify growth opportunities in your area of responsibility.
  • Create offers and handle orders: Prepare precise offers and manage the complete order processing.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and good English skills are advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, either via phone or in-person.
  • Self-reliance and initiative to successfully execute projects.
  • A dynamic personality with a proactive "doer" mentality.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
