Overview

The Regional Sales Director will focus on new customer acquisition and oversee a four-state territory in the County Tax Vertical, working extensively with existing partners and providing solutions to prospective clients.

  • Oversee a four-state territory including North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia.
  • Work with existing partners to cultivate relationships and drive referrals.
  • Provide sales presentations and demos to prospective customers.
  • Create tailored solutions for client needs.
  • Requires travel within the designated territory.
  • Strong focus on relationship-building and networking.
  • Minimum of 5 years in IT or software sales (SaaS).
  • Experience with payment or billing software is preferred.
  • Must be a self-starter and motivated sales professional.

Requirements

  • Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
  • 5+ years of closing experience in IT or software sales.
  • Knowledge of Local Government and County Tax Vertical preferred.
  • Experience in payment or billing software sales preferred.
  • Process-oriented with familiarity in MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, and Value Selling.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity tools and web presentation tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
