Overview

The Clinical Sales Manager plays a critical role in building and developing the clinical field sales team within his/her region, managing installations, training, and growth of the da Vinci Surgical System.

• Manage and direct clinical utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Develop and implement clinical sales activities to exceed goals.
• Expand clinical usage within existing accounts.
• Train new surgeons on the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Lead new system installation processes.
• Collaborate with various teams to implement strategies.
• Support the Clinical Sales team in closing deals.
• Recruit and develop a Clinical sales team.
• Diagnose and address knowledge gaps in the team.
• Travel up to 50% as required.

Requirements

• University Degree in life science or business discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years sales experience, with 5+ years in medical device sales.
• Strong background in clinical sales and business acumen.
• Proven track record of achieving sales objectives.
• Experience in developing and training sales teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization.
• Fluent in English and local language as required.
