Overview

The Area Sales Manager will manage the complex sales process of da Vinci® Surgical Systems, focusing on new hospitals and upgrades within an assigned sales territory. This role involves building relationships with surgeons and hospital administrators to drive sales and ensure successful installation and usage of the surgical systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or capital sales.
• Knowledge of the operating room environment.
• Proven track record in capital medical equipment sales.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Sales management experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Success in introducing new technologies is a plus.
