Technical Implementation Consultant - Remote

Overview

As a Technical Implementation Consultant at Intradiem, you will lead technical discussions with clients, manage the implementation of SaaS integrations, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure successful delivery of our intelligent automation solutions.

In Short

• Lead technical discussions with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Gather, design, and deliver technical solution requirements.
• Manage the implementation of SaaS integrations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and compile documentation.
• Support project managers and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct Systems Integration Testing (SIT) prior to launching solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for clients.
• Implement hot fixes and upgrades as necessary.
• Travel to customer sites as necessary, averaging 10%.
• Conduct all business in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in software solutions installation and integration.
• Experience in Contact Center environments.
• Experience with ACD technology and call routing.
• Experience with Workforce Management (WFM) systems.
• Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with 3rd party software integrations.
• Familiarity with networking tools such as Ping and Telnet.
• Experience delivering technical implementations in a customer-facing position.
• Experience implementing solutions in a SaaS-based environment.
