This position involves supporting the Real Estate Legal and project teams for utility scale renewable energy and data center projects in a flexible, remote work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in real estate.
• Familiarity with renewable energy and data centers preferred.
• Knowledge of title reports and commercial surveys.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Expert level skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to collaborate and support team goals.
• Attention to detail is critical.
