Overview

The Real Estate Specialist position plays a key role in supporting the early phases of land transaction projects by identifying, screening, and developing new opportunities and providing specialized advice to the Transactions team regarding open market transactions, property appraisals, and broader market trends.

Requirements

• Three years of experience in real property or transactions.
• Knowledge of real property transactions and processes.
• Ability to collect, document, and analyze data.
• Experience managing projects and collaborating in teams.
• Effective communication skills.
• Self-motivated and creative problem solver.
• Knowledge of land trust practices is helpful.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft applications.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license for site visits.
