The Economic Recovery and Development Coordinator at the IRC Uganda is responsible for leading and overseeing the livelihoods portfolio, ensuring high-quality programming that aligns with global standards and meets the needs of crisis-affected populations.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in livelihoods programming.
• BA/BS Degree in international development or related field.
• Experience with cash/voucher assistance preferred.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated business development experience.
• Ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in both humanitarian and development programs.
• Capacity to handle administrative pressures and ensure compliance.
• Analytical and innovative problem-solving abilities.
