Development Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Development Coordinator will support internal functions that support ECR’s fundraising, including database management, gift entry, donor acknowledgment, fundraising reports, segmentation, prospect management, and donor research.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of related experience required.
• Experience with data entry and CRM platforms.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
• Understanding of philanthropy and commitment to ECR’s mission.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Openness to mentorship and growth.
• Understanding of wealth screening technology is a plus.
