Intermex Wire Transfer is a dynamic, fast-paced fintech specializing in wire transfer and financial products for underrepresented consumers, seeking a motivated sales-focused Recruiter for their West Coast sales team.

In Short

• Support West Coast sales team by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring sales representatives.
• Base salary plus commissions.
• Proven track record in sourcing B2B Sales Talent.
• Daily use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Manage Greenhouse ATS and territory openings.
• Partner with Regional VP during sourcing cycle.
• Develop a robust Sales pipeline using Greenhouse CRM.
• Collaborate with HR for onboarding new hires.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Agency or Corporate environments.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Requirements

• 2 years minimum in Agency and/or Corporate environment focusing on Sales positions.
• Bachelor's Degree or Associates.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and/or Lever.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in mapping and sourcing resumes.
• Bilingual skills required: English and Spanish.
