• Own end-to-end customer responsibilities for virtual assistant solution implementation.
• Mentoring and managing team efficiency on projects.
• Act as an escalation point for customer deliverables.

• Develop communication plans with stakeholders.
• Experience in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Well-versed in agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Experience with configuration management and build/release planning.
• Strong interpersonal and professional interaction skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and stay current with new technologies.
• Exposure to product implementation and debugging production issues.
• Experience with JavaScript technologies like NodeJS.
• Good track record of software delivery.
• Experience in a startup is an advantage.
