In Short

• Own end-to-end program execution, including customer-facing AI/IVA solution implementations across multiple products and phases.
• Collaborate with Product on roadmap alignment and partner with Sales & TCSMs on adoption.
• Act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and internal teams; manage expectations and communication plans.
• Apply risk management and change management best practices to keep programs predictable and successful.
• Drive technical projects through architecture reviews, sprint planning, milestone tracking, and retrospectives.
• Oversee approved actions to mitigate risks; ensure adherence to security and compliance.
• Work effectively with offshore teams and global stakeholders.
• Define KPIs, reporting dashboards, and metrics for project success.
• Guide customers towards standard best practices in AI and banking.
• Coach project team members and motivate multi-disciplinary teams.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of program management experience with a strong technical background.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of at least 3 complex, multi-phase projects.
• Familiarity with AI and enterprise platforms; experience in the banking/fintech domain preferred.
• Strong understanding of engineering processes (Agile, DevOps, SDLC).
• Demonstrated success working with offshore and global teams.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.).
• Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage executives and customers effectively.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving ability.
