In Short

  • Drive the acquisition of new clients and manage the full sales cycle in the LATAM market.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, consistently prospecting to meet revenue goals.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and maintain visibility on revenue performance.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and evolving processes.
  • Develop and deliver tailored product demos to address client needs.
  • Take a consultative approach to sales, identifying customer pain points.
  • Focus on exceeding sales targets and demonstrating competitiveness.
  • Engage in team development and mentoring.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to cross-functional teams.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in market conditions and customer needs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as an Account Executive.
  • 2+ years of SaaS experience selling similar products.
  • Must be proficient in Portuguese; fluency in Spanish is preferred.
  • Strong sales instincts with a proven track record of hitting quotas.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable problem-solving in a fast-moving organization.
  • Proven ability to close new business in a competitive landscape.
  • Exhibits a growth mindset and ambition.
