Customer Service Representative - Remote

Overview

InteLogix is hiring a remote Customer Service Representative. In this position, you will handle inbound calls and emails from customers of a utility company, addressing a variety of issues related to water services including outages, emergencies, service initiation or termination, and billing inquiries. A key part of the role involves de-escalating and resolving complaints about bill usage. You will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving their concerns, and promoting additional services. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• 1 year of call center experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to empathize with customers.
• Adaptable to change and able to work under pressure.
• Typing skills and basic understanding of Windows-based systems.
• Must maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Ability to provide quality customer service even under difficult circumstances.
• Punctuality and adherence to work schedule required.
