Bilingual Customer Service Credit Representative - Remote

Overview

InteLogix is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Credit Representative to join our organization, remote.  In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.  The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

In Short

• Handle incoming calls or chats from customers.
• Review orders for errors and verify information.
• Negotiate/process payment arrangements on customer accounts.
• Attempt to collect on all balances using excellent negotiation skills.
• Document all account handling activity accurately.
• Educate customers on identity documents and account status.
• Provide self-identifying options to potential customers.
• Maintain superb attendance and engagement on calls.
• Work from a dedicated workspace free from distractions.
• Participate in paid training and career advancement opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, BA degree preferred.
• Call Center or Collections experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to handle difficult interactions with customers.
• Computer/technology savvy with multitasking ability.
• Internet Speed of at least 10 MBPS download and 5 MBPS upload.
• Superb attendance and engagement throughout shifts.
• Dedicated workspace free from distractions.
• Background check completion required for job offers.
