Requirements

  • Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Preferred experience in medical terminology and insurance processes.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a production environment.
