Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you will be the face of the company, helping customers with their needs and ensuring they have a positive experience while using U-Haul products and services.

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology for rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.
• Work in a moderate-risk environment requiring safety precautions.
• Physical demands include moving equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

Requirements
