Director of Capture - Remote

Overview

IntelliDyne is seeking a versatile Director Capture to help us grow in the DOD market. The ideal candidate will be familiar with all stages of the business development lifecycle, with particular focus on managing the transition from opportunity discovery to the proposal process.

In Short

• Directly responsible for conducting efforts to secure major contracts from DOD organizations.
• Manage the capture process in collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Identify resources needed to pursue bids and estimate efforts.
• Provide briefings to the executive team on capture status.
• Maintain compliance with Federal Procurement and Corporate Business Ethics Codes.
• Develop win themes based on competitive analysis.
• Form winning industry teams based on customer knowledge.
• Ensure proposal solutions offer competitive distinction.
• Meet or exceed performance goals for corporate growth.
• Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years’ experience in business development.
• Deep understanding of Army and Naval organizations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with federal proposal processes.
• Ability to think strategically and derive differentiators.
• Experience with CRM tools like SalesForce.
• Training in the Shipley Method of Proposal Writing preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading large deals within Federal/DoD markets.
• Ability to obtain a Secret or Top-Secret security clearance.
