Overview

The Sr. Director of Capture Management will oversee the capture team and efforts for PingWind Department of Defense (DoD) agency pursuits, with a primary focus on Army. The key objective is to improve PingWind’s Capture Excellence through process improvement, training, strategic thinking, and a disciplined capture approach.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in federal government business development.
• Familiarity with DoD agencies and a proven track record.
• Experience winning large scale programs over $50M.
• Record of success with multiple award vehicles valued over $500M.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related or technical field.
• Ability to grow the business and manage capture teams.
• Experience developing account and capture plans.
• Proven individual BD and/or Capture experience.
