Overview

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide comprehensive recruitment, support and coordination. This role demands proficiency in both Canadian and US recruiting practices and will be instrumental in generating reports, managing internships, and advancing inclusion initiatives within the Montreal office.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years experience in talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of Canadian and US recruiting practices.
• High level of emotional intelligence.
• Experience with internship programs and diversity initiatives.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with recruitment ATS and tools.
• Prefer experience working with AI tools.
• Prefer bilingual in English and French.
