• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset for analyzing recruitment metrics.
• Adaptability and self-starter attitude in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Experience working with global teams and making impactful hiring decisions.
