Senior Client Project Manager - Medical Imaging / Radiology - Remote

Overview

The Senior Client Project Manager is responsible for leading large-scale, integrated software systems implementation projects and programs in support of new and existing strategic clients within the medical imaging sector.

In Short

• Lead multiple software system implementation projects from kickoff to client acceptance.
• Oversee the efforts of assigned team members.
• Develop and manage project plans and documentation.
• Manage communications between clients and project stakeholders.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement in implementation projects.
• Report on project progress regarding revenue and performance metrics.
• Assist clients in planning additional projects within programs.
• Support internal process improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years managing technical projects, ideally in software implementations.
• Experience delivering results to external clients.
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of medical imaging.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and project reporting skills.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
• Strategic thinking and ability to define organizational objectives.
• Experience with process and system improvements.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
