Overview

Intelerad is seeking a Project Specialist I responsible for leading small projects delivering Radiology and/or Cardiology Healthcare IT solutions. The role involves managing project deliverables, customer issue resolution, and ensuring successful project execution.

In Short

• Lead small healthcare IT projects in Radiology and Cardiology.
• Coordinate Professional Services resources and manage schedules.
• Resolve customer issues and create project documentation.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure project success.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on small projects.
• Prepare and communicate key project information to stakeholders.
• Support senior team members in project management tasks.
• Manage project financials and deliver within budget.
• Assist in project planning and execution under guidance.
• Travel up to 10% mainly throughout North America.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Must qualify for CAPM certification within 18 months.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
