In Short

• Support the project management team with global administrative tasks.
• Prepare and maintain study trackers and attend study teleconferences.
• Organize meetings and manage project-specific documentation.
• Assist with training and compliance for the study team.
• Provide administrative support for DSMB activities and audits.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/Certificate or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Specialist or similar role.
• Fluency in English, strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
