Payroll Specialist, Europe - Remote

Overview

As a Payroll Specialist at Flexport, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of European payroll, collaborating with various teams to ensure the best employee experience.

• Manage monthly European payroll in collaboration with teams and vendors.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll.
• Review and audit payroll information and processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience in European countries.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
• International and European payroll experience preferred.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of HRIS (Workday) is advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google apps.
