Applications and Workflow Consultant I - Medical Imaging / Radiology - Remote

Overview

Intelerad is seeking an Applications & Workflow Consultant I to conduct analysis, training, and optimization for Radiology and/or Cardiology Healthcare IT solutions, aiming to improve patient outcomes and streamline processes.

In Short

• Conduct Current State Workflow Analysis.
• Design Future State Workflow.
• Determine application optimization and provide best practices.
• Analyze customer site configurations and customize training.
• Develop training plans and documentation.
• Provide Super User application training.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Participate in discovery calls for new projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Travel up to 25% as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Science, or Education; or Certified Radiology Technologist; or 1-2 years experience in Radiology/Cardiology.
• 1-3 years experience in Healthcare or IT related roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to teach diverse learning styles.
• Knowledge of enterprise-level Radiology and/or Cardiology Healthcare IT solutions.
• Eligibility for Department of Defense clearance where required.
