Overview

This position is for a Temporary Due Diligence Coordinator at Integrated Dermatology, focusing on maintaining and executing M&A due diligence processes during an active acquisition pipeline.

In Short

  • Manage day-to-day due diligence activities for active acquisitions.
  • Act as project manager on M&A / Operational Due Diligence projects.
  • Maintain due diligence trackers, timelines, and document request lists.
  • Provide project management and process oversight.
  • Attend internal diligence calls and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Communicate with sellers and third parties to obtain diligence documents.
  • Lead preparation of due diligence reports for investment committee.
  • Escalate issues to General Counsel or designated leaders.

Requirements

  • Experience in organizing and conducting due diligence processes.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Superior organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
