Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Integrated Dermatology, you will handle inbound calls, process payments, and assist patients with their inquiries in a supportive healthcare environment.

In Short

  • Answer 40-50 inbound calls per day.
  • Take payments and update demographics.
  • Provide claim status and explain copays/deductibles.
  • Interpret and explain Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
  • Demonstrate excellent written communication skills.
  • Maintain polite phone etiquette.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills effectively.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite.
  • Exhibit self-management and keen attention to detail.
  • Have prior healthcare experience and ability to use multiple programs simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Customer Service experience within the healthcare industry is required.
  • Ability to interpret and explain an EOB.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
