Sr. Director of Coaching - Remote

Overview

As the Senior Director of Coaching, you will set the strategic vision and drive operational excellence of our coaching services, overseeing a growing team of Coach Managers and Exposure Coaches.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in coaching or clinical settings.
• Experience managing large teams (100+ people).
• Strong leadership competencies and ability to drive alignment.
• Proven ability to use data for performance management.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.
• Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Cultural competence regarding diversity and inclusion.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
