Overview

KOHO is seeking an experienced leader to oversee its in-house coaching function, driving strategy and execution of coaching and talent development initiatives.

In Short

  • Lead KOHO's Coaching & Development function aligned with company goals.
  • Develop and execute coaching and talent development strategy.
  • Partner with teams to assess organizational development needs.
  • Act as a thought leader in coaching best practices.
  • Leverage data to measure coaching impact and recommend improvements.
  • Oversee 1:1 coaching programs and mentor internal coaches.
  • Coach senior leadership and guide emerging leaders.
  • Lead design and execution of Leadership Development Program.
  • Ensure learning initiatives are accessible and engaging.
  • Refine learning content for a diverse workforce.

Requirements

  • Experience in leadership focused on coaching or talent development.
  • ICF-recognized Coaching Certification (ACC or PCC preferred).
  • Experience in executive coaching and leadership program development.
  • Strong facilitator and communicator.
  • Experience with learning platforms and training program design.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
