The Director of Career Development will lead and coordinate adherence to the global certification processes to ensure TruMerit, formerly CGFNS International, meets international standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires overseeing the maintenance of documentation, liaising with external partners and certification bodies, ensuring compliance, and supporting internal teams in meeting credentialing and certification standards. A successful candidate in this position will have broad knowledge and expertise in credentialing certification programs specific to healthcare professions.
