Director of Career Development - Remote

Overview

The Director of Career Development will lead and coordinate adherence to the global certification processes to ensure TruMerit, formerly CGFNS International, meets international standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires overseeing the maintenance of documentation, liaising with external partners and certification bodies, ensuring compliance, and supporting internal teams in meeting credentialing and certification standards. A successful candidate in this position will have broad knowledge and expertise in credentialing certification programs specific to healthcare professions.

Requirements

• Five or more years of executive leadership in healthcare.

• Familiarity with international standards preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in documentation tools and quality management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of global certification standards.
• Experience with quality management systems.
• Ability to train and coach teams.
