• You’ll be the voice of KOHO across our social channels, responding to feedback and representing the brand.
• You’ll build and manage early community programs.
• You’ll partner with Brand, Product, and User Success to maintain tone consistency.
• You’ll track trends in sentiment and share user insights.
• You’ll focus on conversations that matter and updates that serve.

Requirements

• 5+ years in community management or customer-facing brand roles.
• Strong instincts for engaging in conversations and shifting tone.
• Experience in leading community programs or feedback groups.
• Ability to write clearly and flexibly based on audience.
• Passionate about helping people feel seen and connected.
