Community Lead - Remote

Overview

Lovable is on a mission to enable every person to build great tools and businesses, and Community is a critical part of the journey. We're looking for a Community Lead to build and scale Lovable’s global community efforts. You’ll own Community as a measurable growth channel, tied to Lovable’s core business metrics. You’ll design and execute programs that empower our champions, educate new users, and connect builders who believe in our vision. If you're energized by creating meaningful connections at scale and have a track record of building community-led growth at product-led companies, we’d love to meet you.

In Short

• 3+ years experience in community building or programs, ideally at a PLG company.
• Strong POV on what a great community looks and feels like.
• Experience in hosting meetups, writing newsletters, or engaging in online discussions.
• Exceptional communicator and connector.
• Curious and customer-obsessed.
• Ability to design and launch community initiatives.
• Nurture relationships across diverse audiences.
• Track community health and business impact.
• Maintain community operations platforms.
• Represent Lovable at events and online.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in community building or programs.
• Strong perspective on community development.
• Experience in content creation for community engagement.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to measure community engagement metrics.
• Experience in fast-paced startups is a plus.
