Overview

Instawork is seeking a Senior Account Executive to establish collaborative business relationships with mid-enterprise light industrial organizations, driving sales for our B2B mobile marketplace app.

In Short

  • Establish business relationships with prospective clients.
  • Execute sales strategy for B2B mobile marketplace app.
  • Utilize consulting sales process to demonstrate value.
  • Ensure a top-notch first experience for new customers.
  • Focus on net new client acquisition and closing new business.
  • Conduct field prospecting activities.
  • Provide accurate weekly forecasts and sales plans.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide actionable product feedback to supporting teams.
  • Maintain a healthy Salesforce pipeline.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in mid-market sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Competitive mentality and desire to lead.
  • Experience with sales processes and methodologies.
  • At least 2 years as a field sales representative.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Zoominfo.
  • Preferred experience in supply chain or light industrial sales.

  • Base salary of $80,000 with OTE of $160,000 and uncapped commissions.
