In Short

  • Immediate opening for a Senior ‘Field Sales’ Account Executive.
  • Responsible for establishing a collaborative business relationship with mid-enterprise light industrial organizations.
  • Requires industrial staffing sales experience, ideally in mid-market or enterprise verticals.
  • Track record of success in exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience in lead generation/prospecting net new business.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Zoominfo.
  • Field prospecting activities including visiting potential clients and attending industry events.
  • Provide accurate weekly forecasts and sales plans.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Eligible for equity and various benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Industrial staffing.
  • Competitive mentality with a desire to excel.
  • Experience in a sales process methodology.
  • At least 2 years of face-to-face client interaction experience.
  • Preferred experience selling into supply chain or light industrial space.
