Instawork is seeking a Growth Intern to support demand generation efforts and operational initiatives, collaborating with marketing and product teams to drive success.

• Drive Partner acquisition efforts by building and experimenting with a growth playbook.
• Work with Marketing and Product teams to create programs for a robust pipeline of qualified Partners.
• Support operational growth initiatives and contribute to process improvement.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program.
• Passionate about engaging with users.
• Curious mindset, excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong passion for problem-solving.
• Able to thrive in ambiguity and act as a self-starter.
• Familiar with business growth metrics such as retention and churn.
