  • Travel within the U.S. and Canada to visit retail locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or related fields.
  • Proven project and program management skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Creative and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Skilled at relationship building.
  • Industry-specific experience in grocery or e-commerce preferred.
