Sleep Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Sleep Support Specialist role is dedicated to optimizing Inspire Upper Airway Stimulation (UAS) therapy outcomes, providing expertise in clinical sleep medicine and patient care management.

In Short

• Assist with customer training for new Inspire UAS commercial & clinical sites.
• Provide direct on-site support for Inspire UAS titration sleep studies.
• Develop and research new training materials for customer education.
• Provide remote support for Inspire UAS titration sleep studies.
• Assist with coverage of a therapy support phone line.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers to ensure reliable therapy support.
• Work within a changing weekly schedule based on customer needs.
• Ability to travel up to 50+% for job responsibilities.
• Ability to work varying hours, including overnight shifts.
• Meet any future credentialing requirements.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in a sleep laboratory or 5+ years in sleep medicine.
• Experience with scoring and interpreting sleep studies.
• Knowledge of polysomnography software suites.
• Strong understanding of OSA therapy management systems.
• Creative problem-solving skills for troubleshooting support.
• Ability to travel and work varying hours.
