Field Clinical Representative - Remote

Overview

The Field Clinical Representative provides technical and clinical expertise, educational and field support to ensure the safe adoption of the Inspire therapy and products, working closely with customers, physicians, clinic staff, and Inspire field staff to drive procedural and practice success.

In Short

• Provide technical support during implant procedures and at device activation.
• Maintain credentials enabling access to assigned hospitals and clinics.
• Provide technical leadership and education in assigned region.
• Conduct post-training follow-up including procedural reviews.
• Assist customers in device troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with sales personnel for training/support.
• Disseminate scientific and clinical information to customers.
• Provide technical expertise for regional education activities.
• Stay current on relevant scientific publications.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree and 2+ years of related clinical experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a clinical setting.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office.
• Problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to travel within territory.
