Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Business, Sales, or Success Operations.
• Proven collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in a startup environment.
• Strong knowledge of sales and customer success disciplines.
• Solid understanding of HubSpot CRM.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to drive actionable outcomes.
