Insomnia Cookies is seeking a N.E. Regional Director of Operations to oversee the operational success of over 50 bakeries in the Northeast region, working remotely within that territory.

• Lead operational success for multiple bakeries in the Northeast.
• Provide guidance to District Managers and Store Operations Managers.
• Ensure achievement of budgets, labor, and expense goals.

• Analyze sales and customer service reports to improve performance.
• Collaborate with various departments for optimal product and service delivery.
• Manage employee succession planning and retention.
• Travel throughout the region 50 - 70% of the time.
• Model company values in all operations.
• Bring extensive experience in multi-unit restaurant or retail management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of multi-state, multi-unit management experience.
• Strong retail/food service business acumen.
• Knowledge of Fair Work Week regulations.
• Experience in organizational development and talent management.
• Proficient in MS Suite and relevant management systems.
• Associates degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
