Overview

The Field Service Coordinator will support the Jenbacher Engine business by managing parts, consumables, and resources needed for service execution. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards.

In Short

  • Order parts and tools for service events.
  • Support Field Service Staff Manager.
  • Handle customer contacts professionally.
  • Document service events in Oracle.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS guidelines.
  • Assist with safety audits and observations.
  • Provide recommendations for operational improvements.
  • Manage material and Third-Party resources cost-effectively.
  • Work within the services team to meet KPIs.
  • Willing to travel up to 10% for audits.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical business experience.
  • Deep understanding of servicing across product variants.
  • Customer service abilities.
  • Experience in preparing service events.
  • Strong skills in Oracle ERP and Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Troubleshooting skills with an analytical mindset.
  • Knowledge of reciprocating engines is a plus.
  • Ability to interact with customers at the operational level.
