Service Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Service Coordinator will provide direct support and network linkages to children and families, coordinating care and monitoring family-based services and community supports.

In Short

• Develop collaborative relationships with state agencies and community organizations.
• Create community partnerships to expand services for children and families.
• Support the development of new service models for community tenure.
• Motivate others and manage conflicts effectively.
• Work remote 3 days a week after the first 90 days.
• Driving is required for this position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Service field required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in child and family treatment.
• Ability to work within the Coastal or Plymouth Area.
