In Short

  • Prospect and generate leads through outbound calls, emails, social media, and industry outreach.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of high-quality opportunities aligned with company growth targets.
  • Develop and execute cold outreach strategies with personalized messaging.
  • Book high-quality meetings for the sales team with decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine campaigns and optimize conversion rates.
  • Keep all prospect interactions and updates current in our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Build a deep understanding of ERP systems and manufacturing challenges.
  • Meet key metrics such as number of qualified meetings and new opportunities generated.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably SaaS or manufacturing tech).
  • Strong communication skills to engage and persuade decision-makers.
  • Proven resilience in cold outreach and ability to handle objections.
  • Experience with CRM and prospecting tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Passion for learning, problem-solving, and helping customers adopt software solutions.
