Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active bar membership.
• 7–10+ years of progressive legal experience in law firm and in-house roles.
• Strong experience in SaaS or technology contracting and compliance.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, employment law, and data privacy.
• Prior exposure to M&A activities is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for simplifying complex legal concepts.
• Proven ability to build scalable legal processes.
• High integrity and strong business judgment.
• Knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance best practices.
