Legal Counsel - Remote

Overview

As a Legal Counsel, you will advise the coeo Group on legal matters with a focus on civil, civil procedure, consumer, and data protection law.

In Short

• Provide legal advice to various departments within the coeo Group.
• Review, draft, and negotiate national and international service, data protection, and cooperation agreements.
• Develop, update, and optimize legal documentation and internal policies.
• Contribute legal expertise to projects aimed at internationalizing the coeo Group.
• Support in litigation and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Completed law degree with 2nd state examination.
• Several years of professional experience with solid knowledge in civil, civil procedure, and contract law.
• Experience in contract creation and review.
• Interest in technological developments and a dynamic work environment.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
