Overview

Uberall is actively seeking a Legal Counsel with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This temporary role covers maternity leave for 7 months and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our fast-scaling SaaS business.

In Short

• Draft and review various legal documents, including business contracts and compliance documents.
• Represent the company in business negotiations ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Support company compliance, especially with regulations such as GDPR.
• Possess strong legal research skills for decision-making support.
• Provide operational support to the legal team and create processes.
• 3-5 years of experience as a qualified commercial lawyer, preferably in SaaS/Tech.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Knowledge of GDPR and its application in a commercial context.
• Team player with a positive mindset.
• Desirable knowledge in Spanish Labour Law.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a qualified commercial lawyer, preferably in SaaS/Tech companies.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages (French, German or Italian) are advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of GDPR and its application in a commercial context.
• Previous experience or keen interest in legal operations.

• Desirable knowledge in Spanish Labour Law.
